please help me!! geoprocessing tools crashing ArcGIS Pro

Question

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to build utiliy network guide here

:get started with the Water Distribution Utility Network Foundation—Get Started | ArcGIS Solutions for Water

after a few steps in the tutorial, the software crashes every time I just click a tool in geoprocessing , any tool!

i'm getting this message:

I agree with Howard, it may be best if you log a support case so that they can go over this more thoroughly.  With that said, I think some important things to consider would be:  Is this happening to just your machine?  Is another colleague experiencing this?  If that colleague logs in to your machine do they experience?  Knowing these factors can help narrow things down.
