Hello everyone,
We have a problem after installing ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 with Operation Dashboard included in Portal for ArcGIS.
When we filter for a data with special characters (á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ, ©, ®, etc.) Operation Dashboard shows an error "No se puede acceder a los datos".
When we analyze the request, it would seem that the url is badly encoded.
We assume that it is due to a url arming error for the query.
I attach print screen with comparation.
Anyone having the same problem?
