How to create custom elements with attributes

Dear Gurus!

I have a few dozen tables with x,y coordinates. Should be displayed any table elements on the map, and when you click on the symbol of the element - to display the fields values. Currently I do it in the WPF(silverlight) with using arcgis server. How this is done in arcObject. Can I join attributes to graphic elements?
