Can I create subfolders in a webmap or app?

Question

I am building a webmap in Portal using services from various sources.  For organization purposes I'd like to be able group services into several subfolders.  I know I can do that with services that I create on my server, but I'm also consuming services from various outside entities.  I'd like to be able to group them as well.

I have read the documentation and as far as I can tell, I cannot create groups in a webmap or with WebApp Builder.  But I was wondering if anyone else know of a way that this can be done?
