Error Creating Feature Service

Question

Hi,

I am making my first story map and have encountered problems uploading photos to the map. The photos are not hosted anywhere and I would like to host them on ArcGIS cloud server. I have an ArcGIS subscription within my organization and have publisher rights.
When I click Create Service, an error notification pops up in red and I cant move ahead but I can see the feature service in My Content.
How do I upload the photos from my machine to the server to use on my story map?

Thanks for the response. I had been trying to create the feature service over a few days. I created the feature service in Map Tour with errors, the only option I have there is to create it in Root, then went to my Map Viewer to Add-Search for Layers. The layer is listed but cannot be added and has the status Unavailable. When I try to Create Service from My Content, I get the error:Service 'https://services1.arcgis.com/HCIJ2DmtdLnNlsE1/arcgis/rest/services/NameofMyFS/FeatureServer' does not exist or is inaccessible.

Hi,
I have managed to create the new FS finally. It was the firewall settings on my desktop that caused the error. 
Thanks to Laban from esri Eastern Africa I solved it.

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience, the source of your issue may be:
 * ArcGIS Online having temporary trouble creating Feature Service. Did you give it a second chance another day?
 * The FS creation really failed. You may see it in ArcGIS Online but it may be invalid
 * The FS creation succeeded but Map Tour didn't received the response in time, so it consider it as failed

What you can do is to add your FS to the Map Tour webmap yourself through ArcGIS.com map viewer (use Add->Search for layers, it is important that you use that way and not Add->Add Layer from Web).

Then try to use Map Tour builder and see how it goes.
