Get direct URL Link for each tab of story map

I am using a tabbed story map and need to get the direct URL link to each tab. 

I want to embed these hyperlinks into other applications so when a user clicks the link the story map will open a specific tab by default. I attempted to view page source but the tab headers do not show a specific link. 

is this possible?
