Add hyperlink field and export to KML

I have been asked to help a GIS group (tomorrow) who wish to add a field of hyperlinks to historic bridge photos in their attribute table. They then need to export to the symbolized point layer to a KML.

I could use some best practice advice from folks who have done something similar. Using 10.2. The photos will be web hosted for public view.
