That URL isn't valid. Doesn't work.
I'm having a similar issue. Although my site works fine in Chrome and Firefox, but in IE10 I get "An error has occurred Fatal error: Failed to get portal configuration".http://gis.bergmannpc.com/awards_tour/I'm using the most recent version of the 'Storytelling Map Tour - 2.2.3.Kate
I am not having that issue. They all display on each browser, just different layout. See attached screenshots.
Yeel, When I hit your site from IE10 I get the same "Fatal error: Failed to get portal configuration". See screenshot. What version of IE are you using?
KPS4 > Your map tour works fine for me in IE 11 and other browsers: http://gis.bergmannpc.com/awards_tour/ and I don't get the message you saw (although it might be intermittent or based on some condition that I'm not experiencing). When you see that Portal Config message, does it work if you ignore the message and just press Refresh?(Note that the pic for place 5 isn't appearing:http://bit.ly/1pKhGNf )

This works perfect on IE11 & Firefox, does not work on Google Chrome though...
Can anyone at ESRI tell me why this is? I built the application straight from ArcOnline... Everything is hosted so I was unable to change anything directly to the config file or html index, I'm confused why it does not work on Chrome.
Please let me know, if you have a solution to this.
Thanks!
