Trouble with publishing GP Service

I am having an issue when using the download DDP example from the arcpy mapping team.

Not sure what I am doing wrong here, I run the script, it works great in desktop, but when I share as a geoprocessing service and I get the broken link error when I analyze the service.

I am running ArcDesktop 10.3 and using pyscripter 2.6.0
