Issue using date as filter

Hello,

In the SQL Expression Builder, when selecting date as an input and "Ask for values" enabled.

Then when a user tries to filter, it will input the incorrect month (+1). For example, in this .gif below, I select March 30th (should be 03/30/2020). But the text input is 04/30/2020 in the input box. It will also skip to the next month in the calendar UI.

Just thought I'd report this issue!
