Unable to share arcgis online map

I have a student who is using ArcGIS Online to create a map for an assignment in my class, but is unable to share the map to "Everyone" or to our org.  She has saved the map to her My Content area from inside the map viewer and then clicks on the Share button.  This is what she sees:

The Share dialog box does not give her an option to choose with whom to share.  Any ideas?

Hi Allen,

I can't see the attachment in the above post. It sounds like the student may have a custom role that prevents sharing. If she needs to have the capabilities to share with everyone and the organization, check with your ArcGIS Online administrator to see if her role has been granted these privileges under sharing:

Share with organization

Share with public
