Display Issues Hosted Tile Layer

Trying to do:

Displaying TIFF layers on Web Map in ArcGis-Online using arcpy

Approach:

Sharing TIFF images as Tile Package (.tpk), and then publishing it through ArcGisOnline, 

The Tiles are getting published successfully but it just displays as black box on Map.

Softwares Used:

ArcGis Pro: 2.4.3

Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue.

Hi Nitin Das‌,

If you add the .tpk from the GUI and publish a hosted tile layer does it display as expected? Are the tiles being built for the hosted tile layer (Item Details > Settings of tile layer to see this). 

If the issue is persisting I would get in touch with Esri Support - let me know if I can assist with getting a case created.
