Basemap not loading on iPad, but does on iPhone

Hello,

Recently i get this error on my iPad, but not on iPhone. Does anybody know how to fix?

Layer Not Loaded

Unable to load layer "http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Topo_Map/MapServer"
