Power BI ArcGIS map Philippine locations are not properly mapped.

Hi. I'm using Power BI ArcGIS map, but some of the Philippine locations (municipalities/provinces) are not properly mapped. Has anyone experienced this and help me fix the issue? Thank you in advance.
