Services down or 503 for Emergency management widgets

The ERG widget looks great! But I just tried using it and the Amazon REST services are all HTTP 503 - GitHub - Esri/solutions-webappbuilder-widgets: Web App Builder widgets created and managed by the Esri Solutions teams.

For version 2.0 Downloaded as of 8/3/17 run on WAB 2.4. Moved, busy, overprovisioned? http://arcgis-emergencymanagement-2057568539.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com/arcgis/rest/services/COP/ERGByPlacard/GPServer/ERG%20By%20Placard

"arcgis-emergencymanagement-2057568539.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 503"

And the other services from the Config are all down HTTP 503.
