combinging two shape files

I would like to get some instruction on how i can combine these two shape files, so that when i add them two my maps the attributes are combined and i have both sets of info.

Thanks, i just got back into the forums here and noticed there has been some changes here in the last few months that are taking me time to get used to.

I figured out the merge, for some reason it only would merge one way
