Error in rendering ScaleBar

Good morning,

I need Help. I'm having problems with the implementation of ESRI map. I have a modular Flex application, composed of several SWF, which integrate at runtime. One, it is not the principal, is responsible for the map. However, when I try to render the map, the exception below is thrown:

The error happened with the Scale Bar, however, do not need it. But I could not remove it before rendering.
Can someone help me?
