Seems to be working now. Tech support couldn't explain it. Weird.

yea, the health status says it's good but it's not working. The link to report problems isn't working either.
ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard shows everyting as being up and working, but there is a link on that page to report problems, just in case you need to.
