Will ArcPad display Estimated Position Error (EPE) and Horizontal Position Error (HPE) in centimeter (0.01meters)?

I am using the ADD XYZ+ applet by Jeff LeProwse. Everything is working fine accept my GNSS unit is capable of 1-2cm accuracy. I can't get the applet to populate the EPE or HPE Fields with anything under 0.1meters. I need it to display centimeter accuracy or 0.01meters.
