Hello. Could you please advise how to create a shapefile in ArcGIS Pro and if there is no way to do it in ArcGIS Pro then how I can to do it?
if you mean an empty shapefile, you specify a folder as the destination and not a geodatabase
Create Feature Class—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop
similarly if you want to make one from existing data using
Copy Features—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop
Just examine the dialog options carefully
Great info - this is a significant departure from ArcMap, and should probably be more evident in help somewhere - this was a second tier result when Googling "create shapefile arcgis pro".
