Is there a documentation for Development Environment creation guide?

I successfully deployed the Geoportal Web Application.
Now, I am trying to build a development environment using eclipse.
Is there a documentation available?

I read the ..\Geoportal	runk\README.txt.
It is written on the "6. IDE (developed on):", Eclipse IDE / NetBeans IDE.

But when I tried to import, is not able to find as a eclipse project.

Any guidance is appreciated.

I created a blank maven webapp then manually setup the directory structure.

i found also lib folder but there's no list pertaining to versions.

like jsf.jar, jstl.jar etc....

I need something struts-core-1.3.10.jar, twitter4j-core-2.1.0.jar etc....
