How to check the "Allow Export" box in a python script

I have a python script that uses FeatureSharingDraft in order to overwrite a web layer on ArcGIS Online, and I am trying to have the "Allow Export" box checked so that users can export the data to different formats. I have tried using the allowExporting property on FeatureSharingDraft, but it has not worked properly.
