I'd like to embed the Crowdsource Story Map within a Cascade Story Map and would prefer there not to be a cover page, similar to this one: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/GeoForm/index.html
How can i remove the cover page?

In the Beta version of Crowdsource we have not incorporated a way to remove the cover page. Currently the only way to do this, is to download the source code and modify the app.
