I have a map series with dynamic text that indicates the center of the map frame (decimal degrees); I would like to swap the configuration so that is shows latitude first.
I found this for Desktop but cannot find the ArcGIS Pro equivalent -

It is possible to swap y,x - x,y in Pro in the options:
I haven't checked to see how that comes through in dynamic text in the layout, but my understanding is that you can just modify the dynamic text to meet your needs: Modify dynamic text—Layouts | ArcGIS Desktop
