HRESULT 2147467259 - IClassSchemaEdit.AlterDomain() in 10.1

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use this example in my code:

It works fine most of the time, but somwtimes i'm getting HResult exception with no normal message or inner exception.

Some has any idea what could it be?
