Create widget position - Web App Builder

Question

The changes to add a position of a widget are not displayed.

1. Add a position in layout (default) and layout 3 in widgetOnScreen

2. Also add in mobileLayout

** I do not see any change. What am I doing wrong?

You can not find that button when viewing a reply inside your inbox you have to open the thread (when you are logged in) and then you will see the button as outlined in my attached image.
