error opening mobile cache

Question

This is a newbie question here but I have to start somewhere.
I created a mobile project using ArcInfo 10 and can run the mobile application on the desktop, but when I copy it over to a the mobile device I get the message 'error opening mobile cache'.
Is anyone familiar with this issue? Is there some other way of transferring the project other than a copy/paste or synchronize?
Help would be appreciated!

Hey, not sure if you have figured out an answer to this problem, but I found this article by ESRI that may help you out.

That link provides the answer.  When you open your mobile project DO NOT select Overwrite Existing Mobile Project.  If you do it will erase the MobileCache you just implemented and try to obtain a new cache.
