Identify window not resizable - 10.1 pre

I just installed ArcReader 10.1 pre and it does not allow the identify window to be resized. I can toggle the split orientation and drag the dividing bar with no problems. No edge or corner is active to grab and resize the tool's window. Has anyone else had this problem?

In doing some testing within 10.1 final, which was recently released I tested this issue. It seems to have been resolved within 10.1 final, please uninstall current version and install 10.1 final. If you have any further questions or issues, please let me know. Gracias!
