How to set scale range to show layer at all scales

I am trying to set the scale range under layer properties>general. I want to set the scale to "show layer at all scales" using python script.

What would be the correct way to set this?

Set a Layer—ArcPy | ArcGIS Desktop maxThreshold and minThreshold to 0 to clear both, which will result in having the layer draw at all scales.
