Hi all, I'm fairly new to using ArcGIS and am looking for some help troubleshooting why the graphics of the basemap look so glitchy. Any basemap I choose shows these lines and blurriness, but if I import layers (like terrain or DEM data) into the map they show up looking normal, so my thought is it's not the graphics card of my computer. Any assistance in troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated!
