My workload is so heavy that I'm asking for help about Python.

I want to convert the cont.shp(C:\before) to contafter.shp(delete the alti 760 and 770) at D: \after

And now we use pro 2.2, map10.6.

Please also tell me where and how to put in the Python sentence.

Why not use use the Table to Table tool with a SQL query to remove these rows? If you need to do this over and over again you could just reload the tool from the Geoprocessing history and rerun with different inputs.
