Reverse mouse wheel zoom

Hello,

I found out how to reverse mouse wheel zoom (scroll down -> zoom out) in ArcMap: it's pointed out at http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/5428-ZoomIn-ZoomOut-with-Mouse-Wheel-in-ArcGIS-Online-and-ArcMap

However, I've not been able to find a solution for ArcGIS API for Silverlight. Is it possible to have mouse wheel zoom reversed?

There is an option to reverse the mouse settings.  I have done it several times.  With each update my mouse reverses back.  Go to customize/arcmap options/ then on the bottom click the dot that says the opposite scroll in or scrolls out

Sorry there is no option to reverse mouse wheel zoom with SL/WPF/WP API.
