Is it possible to scale map elements proportionally when changing page size in ArcGIS Pro like we do it in ArcMap?
Do you know if this has changed now in July 2022?
I worry about Pro...the number of fundamentals they have missed out!

It is currently not possible to scale layout elements proportionally when changing page size.
