I am creating a group of gauges (i.e. 5) on the operation dashboard. They are placed on top of each other (in the form of tabs). Is there any way I could make a general header/heading/title for them?

You could place a Rich Text element above the grouped Gauge elements, no? It could provide a text label for the group.
