Add WMS Layer with ArcGIS API for Flex 2.4

Hi, I'm starting with the arcGIS API from Flex and my question is how can i add a layer to my flex application from a wms service [http://ovc.catastro.meh.es/Cartografia/WMS/ServidorWMS.aspx]??
