I have to connect multiple database to validate the rules using batch jobs, Is there any option to connect multiple database to run the validation rules. I am using ArcGIS 10.2 data reviewer.

What is your database?
In Oracle, we build views with synonyms, etc... to look across databases.
I don't if Data Reviewer will work with a view but that's what I'd try first.
