Publishing map with premium content: log-in required

Question

Please help!

I have published and shared a web map application, but when I send the link to other people and they try to open it, a log-in is required.

I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I used a premium layer (from Esri).

How can I fix this and make the map available for everyone to see?

I already shared all the layers, tables, applications etc to the public.

Hey Charlotte Vrielink,

When publishing a public app, sign-in is required if:

A. one of the layers in your webmap is not shared publicly

B. you have a subscriber/premium content on your map which requires an organizational named user. In that case you should advice this link. Remember that if this is premium content, your credits account will be charged for any access to this content...
