My addins come up missing now that I have upgraded to 10.3. Anyone have a similar issue?
Thanks Lisa, I figured out my issue. When I updated ArcDesktop my python packages were removed so I needed to resinstall them.

Not sure if this is the same issue or not, but there was a discussion talking about Add-In issues with 10.3 at When building Add-In with ArcGIS 10.3 SDK and Visual Studio 2013, get error "Unable to create .esriAddin"
