How to call the Select By Location Tool

Is there a way to call "Select By Location" tool from the Selection Menu, not Select Layer by Location by VB.net and what's the piece of code?

In addition to the link provided by Neil, you should have a look at http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcobjects/latest/net/webframe.htm#c4ff8b68-0410-435f-b8e5-682d5cea47cf.htm (assuming that you work with ArcObjects), where you can find some sample code and info on how to run a geoprocessing tool from .NET.

Well the tool is in the data management toolbox.
