Field Descriptions for ESRI Demographic Data

Question

Is there a list of attribute descriptions that explains the meaning of such attributes like HINCO_CY or NHSPASN_CY etc etc for ESRI demographic data?

I'd like to create metadata for it that explains what the fields really mean.

Tamara Grant‌, you wrote a blog in 2018 explaining some updates; can you point me in the right direction?
