Hi, I have an educational license for ArcGIS pro. However, after installing when I try to log-in, I am getting an error message saying, "Your account cannot be used to authorize ArcGIS Pro, because it is an ArcGIS public account." Any solutions?

You should have received an email from Esri on how to activate your subscription. Then use the account from that subscription to sign into ArcGIS Pro. If you did not receive or lost that email, contact Esri Customer Service and ask the representative to send the email. Below is an instruction if you need addition detail:
