How do you upload an add-in that isn't from Esri onto ArcPro?

Question

Working on animal movement data. Trying to upload ArcMet (animal movement ecology software). Having issues getting this add-in onto ArcPro. Using the most current version of ArcPro. Is there a tool or a way to upload this add-in onto ArcPro even though it's not Esri made? I have found how to add Esri add-ins but not add-ins that aren't Esri.

No.  The add-in would need to be re-written by the provider.

Yes, I learned that after posting this question. I'm gonna assume there isn't a way to convert it so that it is compatible with ArcPro?

From a quick look at ArcMET Software  it doesn't appear that this was written for ArcGIS Pro.  It would be for ArcMap up to version 10.6.1.
