I am trying to join an uploaded KML and CSV file in ArcGIS Online, but it does not work.
However, it does work In ArcMap.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your support.

Hi Wilfred Sewnandan,
KML files in ArcGIS Online do not have the same capabilities as hosted feature layers; since the KML layer doesn't appear in the Join Features drop-down that indicates it's not a supported layer type.
I've logged a documentation issue to clarify which types of layers are supported/not supported for the Join Features operation in ArcGIS Online.
