Where's the physical location of the software? Is it on the Disc?...can I download it directly from esri?
All I can find is the Runtime sdk for ArcGIS engine.
You can download it from Esri. Go to my.esri.com and under the My Organizations tab, click the Downloads section.View the Downloads from ArcGIS for Desktop (don't forget to select the version). Under "Developer Tool" is the ArcObjects SDK for the Microsoft .NET Framework
