Esri Maps for Sharepoint 4.0: How to configure Guest Login

Question

Hi,

we've installed Esri Maps for Sharepoint 4.0 and meanwhile we're able to set the App Configuration Settings correctly.

Now I'm able to enable guest access as well. I've done that, provided a Guest Login and set the option "Start session with guest signed in by default".

If I load the page, I get the following selection

First question is: Why?

Wit h the option "guest signed in by default", mentioned above, I would have expected to sign in directly.

The second question is:

When I choose "or CONTINUE AS GUEST" then nothing happens. There's only a refresh of the page and the same selection appears again and again.

Any help would be appreciated.

There were issues in 4.0 Is it possible to upgrade to 4.1?
