I am working on BackhaulOptimization document and i do not change sample data. I only add street data and run the model, but i get 000210 numbered error as mentioned on picture. Is anyone help me?

Ensure that you have the permissions to write to the file. See the technical article from Esri Support regarding this error.
If this does not resolve the issue, the pathname length may be causing the issue. Moving the Backhaul Optimization folder from the Model Organization folder will help to shorten the path.
