I have a UC hotel reservation I need to transfer to avoid a cancellation fee.

Something has come up and I am unable to attend the UC this year.  I have a 5 night hotel reservation that I need to transfer to someone else attending the conference to avoid a cancellation fee.  This is for the DoubleTree in Mission Valley - July 19th (Sunday) through July 24th (Friday) one room with a king size bed.  It's the government rate - $142/night, with taxes the total bill will be $803.01.   Anyone interested?

All of that (dates, rate, total due) is in my original post - the address of the hotel is - 7450 Hazard Center Dr, San Diego, CA 92108

The hotel is 6 or 7 miles from the conference center, but there is a trolley station right by the hotel and the green line trolley takes you right to the conference center - about a 20 minute ride.
