Location Tracking - time zone?

Created feature service in AGOL using Location Tracking Template.

The feat. service is added to a webmap that is used by Collector App.

Everything is working correctly; Collector app movements are being recorded every minute.

Question:

1. When you click on a tracking location point in an AGOL webmap you can see the editor tracking data, ex: "edited by userX Friday 4:15pm".

What is the time zone the editor tracking data is recorded in; Pacific, UTC?
