I have 20 Trimble Juno SB units. I am using the ArcPad 10.0.4 Deployment Manager to install this version of Arcpad on the Junos, removing the previous version, ArcPad 10.0 build 55. 18 of the units worked fine - it uninstalled the old version and loaded the new version. Two units, however, give me a error message that there is not enough space on the unit to load ArcPad 10.0.4. Since ArcPad is already on the unit I know there is space if the old version is removed. In addition, the hard drive shows 32.7 MB free, but the error message says 'space needed 19280 KB, space available 14347 KB'. I have been able to remove ArcPad using the remove program function in the OS, but still not enough room to load the new version. The 20 Junos are showing very different sizes for the internal drive (not available space, but total). Seems odd as I expect they all have the same drive. The two that have failed to load have particularly small drives, no doubt the problem. But how did the drive get smaller? I can't find any files taking up space that should not be there - hidden files, bad sectors? Anybody out there seen this problem?
