Fire Run Book Index Grid

Question

Hello, I'm working with the Fire Run Book and trying to get it set up for my Fire Department.  The index grid has multiple fields that contain the surrounding grid information.  I'm sure it started out with the USNG grid but wonder if there is a simple way to get the surrounding information into the fields?  Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks!

ok, now I'm wondering if I should be running this from ArcCatalog instead of from ArcMap?  Anyone out there have thoughts on this?  Thanks!

Figured out that there is a tool that creates the fields and populates them!  AWESOME!  Of course, it takes a while.  I just used the USNG grid I already had, created a field for GRIDNAME, populated it and used that field to populate the rest of the fields.
